u can use programm to resize your pictures,then upload the pictures to your host! Picture Resize Genius is a good choice, I usually batch resize my photos,it is fit for me.the output quality is well.http://www.lonking.com/resize-pictures/i… …

try editing the image size before you upload with photoshop or something like that, failing that there may be a coding error, check theimage attributes )
