I was on holiday recently and stupidly allowed my domain name registration to expire. It has since been “bought” by a domain re-seller and they are asking for a minimum of $200 for it.
I have a replacement domain and the site is live again, however all the incoming links are pointed to the old domain name – any suggestions?

There is nothing to do since they are the only ones to do anything with it. You can contact them and ask to redirect for a few days and make sure all your visitors know that there’s a new site. He may do it.
You need a service whch supports forwarding domains. Something like: http://www.goldpuma.com.
