I’m thinking of created my website through this site. I have just a few questions to hopefully get answered first though.
1) How easy is it to create a website with not much website creation knowledge?
2) Would I be able to install the forum from Mybb.com?
3) Would it be possible to create some sort of fantasy football/baseball site where they’d enter there picks ans hit a “submit” button and have the computer auto-update the leaderboards?
Thanks!

First off I know a good friend that had trouble with bluehost.com. I think they just don’t do such a great job of managing their virtual servers – but I am just one opinion, you should probably get some others.
Creating a website is easy, you can find what you want on the internet. Creating a good website is not easy.
Forums are relatively easy to set up if you have a mysql server set up for you, and you use something like phpbb.
Your last request sounds a bit more difficult, mainly because of the auto-update of leaderboards. Im not sure how you would get all the stats you need to manage a fantasy football/baseball site.
Alright. So they have a free sitebuilding software, and even if they didn’t there’s plenty out there on the web.

You should be able to install forums fairly easily, although I haven’t tried yet.
What you’re describing is beyond the scope of a webhost, and into what a web developer does. That uses PHP, and possibly cron jobs. So yes, you can do that, but no, they won’t do that for you.
And if you’re going to sign up, you might as well do it through my referral link

Another option to consider would be DreamHost. They’re my personal host and I love them (although I have heard great things about BlueHost, too). If you were to use the promo code “ThreeDomainSale”; you get three lifetime domains for free instead of the usual one, along with $50 off.
