I own domain names like sexforsam.com and I want to sell them. Not sure if I need to put a website on it to make it more valuable. I have had plenty of offers on it, but I think it is worth alot more.

It would depend on the circumstances. It would be valuable if someone wanted it for their own business or their own use in some way. Maybe you should sell it while you have offers? That situation can always change. Think it over.
I would personally just put up a simple one page that says “this domain is for sale” and include an email form or some sort of link where someone can send offers or post your price and someone might email you a deal.
No don’t sell domain names. Its not really valuable…
Put it up for sale on a domain auction site like this one and see how much you can get for it.https://www.tdnam.com/
