I already have a wordpress by using Bluehost but would like to create one more in different language. Is this possible?

Yes. The easiest thing to do is use WordPress-MU and subdomains.http://mu.wordpress.org/

Yes, as Doug stated WP-MU is a great option, but if you are just wanting your existing blog in a different language why not use one of the available translation plugins?
