But whenever I try to enter, I get the message:

What does that bit at the bottom mean, and can I do anything about it? Or is it a general problem and no one can acees the site atm?

Can’t access from USA either…. message indicates the server they use is down….. either for repairs or likely a weather related storm problem in that area and a backup power supply wasn’t available….
all you can do is try later until reconnected……….

means the server that hosts the website is down and wont be up until who ever manages the website fixes it

I get the same problem on my computer, guess they have an issue with their site, try it again later.
