I have tried with password resets, which I can only get by telephoning them. In no way can I sign in to my godaddy acct. Customer service says only that I SHOULD be able to.
I’m using IE browser.
I also have aol, but understand that the AOL browser doen’t work for my Office Depot acct, so I wouldn’t expect it to work for everything else, just some things.
I allowed cookies to see if that helped. I re-started the computer. All to no avail.
I can re-set my password after phoning them–and NEVER get in again!
What next? Any valid suggestions/directions of what to do next aprreciated!

Well, it’s not their system, at least. I just logged into my GoDaddy hosting account, domain account, and email, all with no trouble.
Some things to try…
1) A different web browser. FireFox, SeaMonkey, and Opera are all free (and better than Internet Explorer, to boot).
2) Try it with a completely different internet access. At a friend’s house, or at a public library. Maybe there is something in AOL’s firewall or proxy servers that is giving you trouble.
There may be a problem with your ISP, try again after a few hours
try downloading the firefox browser. its better and more secure than IE. http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firef…
