(Coincidentally, I found this thread because my startlogic-hosted website is unavailable right now for some unknown reason for which I was google’ing.)
I would suggest: “This service is fast and reliable.”

The last paragraph is ok, but do not use robust. That is not good computer lingo.
If you don’t mind telling me, what country are you from? The sentence structure seems just a bit too formal for such a casual type of ad.
