Impossible. a .com domain is 8 dollars so they won’t give it away free, because if they did, they’ll be losing money, and the point of a company is to MAKE money.
EDIT:
Actually… Microsoft does have a site like that if i remember correctly. Search “free domain windows live” on google and look for it. It supports .html and .aspx files.
