What will happen if I change the DNS Name Servers on FreeParking to the ones on HostGator?

You should be able to do that. Websites consist of 2 parts. The DNS that tells it where to go, and the host where the files are stored.
So, if you change the DNS to HostGator, your website will load the files in your HostGator account.
