No one can promise something like that for a life time.
Max i have seen domains reged for is 10 years.

Verisign offers a service like this – for around $1000 or $1500.
They auto-renew for you every ten years (the max registration time). I think they promise to keep it going for 100 years.
Presuming they stay in business…
Most providers charge you around $7.99 – $9.99 for a year .. never seen a “life time” provider .. I use http://www.dynadot.com there cheap and good.
