		<description>depends if they use the same IP address or not, you can ask them to move it for you or you can upload it off your harddrive if you have a copy there using FileZilla</description>

Forward the nameservers to:
ns1.godaddy.com
ns2.godaddy.com
If the host you purchased your domain from won&#039;t let you access your DNS settings, you will need to have GoDaddy do a transfer for you. There is a small fee to do this.
If you meant the whole site in general... meaning files:
In that case, you need to have FTP Access to your free-hosting files. 
Download:http://www.smartftp.com/download/
If you do not have FTP Access, yes, you need to contact GoDaddy.</description>
