Godaddy.com?? Website Builder Programs????

Category: FAQ   Time: 2009-10-21   Tags: , , ,

Have any of you started a website through GoDaddy.com?? Meaning, did you chose their website builder programs?
If so, where they worth it? OR is there another website builder program you recommend. And where can I find that program?
I am building a website for our dog rescue group!
Thanks for your HELP!!!!

If you have never built a website, and if you would like to have a professional website that draws tons of visitors for free, then there is no better program than Site Build It from Sitesell.
I built my very first website with them, and having little or no computer skills, was able in just a year to develop a site that draws 350 to 400 visitors a day. That’s organic traffic, not paid clicks.
What I have found is that if you have some knowledge and experience with HTMl and CSS, then a program like GoDaddy or BlueHost, or Yahoo, can all do an adequate job, but if you are clueless about SEO and SEM, if you don’t know any code or HTML, and if you want to have a website that gets seen more than that stack of business cards in your wallet or purse, you should go with SiteBuildIt.
in the resource box is a comparison of different hosting and design options. No other company gives you as much for your money, less than a dollar a day.

    Try either http://www.zymic.com or http://www.110mb.com
With Zymic you can register for a free domain after you’ve been with them for over a month. I am currently with Zymic and it’s not bad for being completely free. You can also download Kompozer for web building. It’s easy to use and fairly easy to learn. With 110mb, they have a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) web editor. All of this is free!
I was SO close to signing with GoDaddy yesterday until I read reviews about numerous problems with them.
