I have never used GoDaddy before but I am familiar with operating websites. I’m trying to get rid of the “this domain is parked” index to repalce it with my own index, but I do not understand GoDaddys directory thing. Also my Domain I purchased says that it is not set to any Path?
it says.
“/”
What do I do to get this site up and running.

not familiar wih G D but try to upload your index page and see if it will replace the other page.
check with ftp program what do you have in your home directory
you may need to go to the site control panel if they have it and point your domain from parked to your site home directory
index.html should be in public_html just replace the file and put rest of your files in that folder as well and link them.

Did you buy hosting with GoDaddy or just the domain?
