I’m finish building my Flash Website in flash CS3, And now, I need a good cheap domain to use for my website, What’s a good cheap domain? If you’re gonna say www.godaddy.com Which package should i use? Because theirs so many packages on Godaddy and some are very expensive! like $100 a month! so i’m very confused, Thanks in advance.

I think you’re confusing domains and hosting. In order to have a website, you need both.
The cheapest place to get a domain is at Yahoo. They are normally $9.95 but you can get the first year for just $1.99. Search Google for “$1.99 domain names” and it will show up as a sponsored link.
For hosting, you could go with GoDaddy because they do have inexpensive hosting. packages. You can get just their basic hosting package, which is something like $6.95/month, and it will handle a single website just fine.

You were probably looking into a dedicated server; the prices on those suckers are sky high. Get a shared server; if you want a good recommendation I would direct you to http://www.hostrocket.com with 4.95/mo you get an insane hosting deal, even though it’s shared you get unlimited space, bandwidth and e-mail functionality.
GoDaddy is good for purchasing domains for cheap, they also have economy hosting which is the basic type of hosting if you want to choose GoDaddy as your provider; but don’t look into dedicated servers, they can go up to as much as 300/mo.
