Has Anybody Using The Jackson Hewitt Ipower Card Lost Their Money ?

Is it possible for somebody to have the same card or have i been scammed? If so how could they get my pin

Hi. I work for a Jackson Hewitt in Utah. We don’t give out cards with the same number. Someone probably got a hold of your info. Not sure how that might have happened. I’d try contacting iPower support. There’s a number on the back of your card. If you can’t get an answer there, head over to the office that prepared your return and see if they can get some more info for you. I hope that everything turns out okay!

I have an ipower card from Jackson Hewitt also I use it all time and haven’t really had any trouble with it except when you have an authorization on there some time it take 30 days for it to be remove you can check your balance and everything on line even send customer support a message you might check that out.

I have one of their cards and haven’t had any problems. If money is missing you should contact the number on the back and / or Jackson Hewitt since they are the ones besides you who had Access.
