I’m just wondering if anyone has had their tax money already deposited on their ipower card from Jackson Hewitt yet? It was a service they provided using (RAL) Refund Anticipation loan.
If you are still waiting for your RAL money to be put on your ipower card, or if you have already recieved your money…I would like to hear from you thanks!

My fiance got the Christmas loan Crap on the ipower Card! So when he filed his taxes the money will go on the Ipower card to pay the 300 loan from Christmas. He filed his taxes Sunday and they put 1,000$ on the card that day within 1 hour and said the rest 7,000$ or so would be on there Tuesday, Well Monday they called and said He wasn’t approved for the Rapid Stuff and that it would appear on there in 8-14 days. Well they have already gave him 1000 the day he did his Taxes, Im so ready to get this Money, We had bought a house and we get the 7,500 dollars for that.

Not likely. Most of the tax prep firms are telling their customers not to expect IRS acknowledgment of receipt of their tax returns until Monday due to peak processing loads on their systems and the IRS’ systems. Then you’ll generally need to allow 1 or 2 more days for the RAL to be processed.
The IRS computers run 24/7 but Monday is a Federal banking holiday so although the IRS notifications will transmit it’s not likely that any RAL processing will be done until Tuesday.

I filed Thursday and the person that helped me at Jackson Hewitt said that i could expect payment by Sunday. So it will suck if it takes until Tuesday because you pay out the wazoo for the RAL approval that they claim takes 1 day or less and it ends up taking 4 days or more.

I did my Taxes on friday and I was approved for a loan to receive n the iPower card in 24 hours. Still nothing!!!It is now Sunday. I am in high hopes that is was auto scheduled to be deposited today.
I am asking for the fee back!!!!

Hey, I work for Jackson Hewitt. There were a few “first day” glitches with the bank, as always. They’re a little behind. We also had a few issues with people not giving us the right amount on their stimulus payment for the last year, so the returns are rejecting from the IRS, and we are fixing them and sending them back out as fast as we can. If your money hasn’t loaded, give your office a call and they can let you know more details about what is going on at the office in your area. Thanks!
