I’ve been using Powweb hosting since 2006. They’ve been great so far! If you need hosting for a blog just install Wordpress. It’s easy with Powweb. Just go to InstallCentral > Blogs > Wordpress Install. There are thousands of free wordpress themes, just google “free wordpess themes”.
I currently host about a dozen blogs with them. And you can add as many domains to your account as you want. Hope this helps.

Honestly I don’t have any direct experience with them. However as I heard Powweb doesn’t offer a good web hosting service and most of its clients come also from Latin American Countries.
