Check out http://www.tophostreviews.blogspot.com for some amazing hosting deals. I like the #1 review because it’s only 1 cent to try it out for 1 month it has amazing 24/7 support. You can also host unlimited websites under 1 account for the same price.
Hi,
You may look At ZaxiHosting Plans.http://www.zaxihosting.com
Shared Hosting Starting At around 3$.
Cpanel/Fantastico Included too.
They have great uptime and all day available support.
I have a reseller account there and I’m very satisfy
I’m Pretty sure that you will have only troubles with overselling companies, offering large numbers of quotes, with low prices.
Remember that you get what you pay for.

As an experienced webmaster I suggest BlueHost service which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.
They have a page on their website which compares BlueHost with 1and1 to see their deep differences. You can go to that page through the address below:http://www.bluehost.com/track/advertisem…
Good Luck!
I make various websites and have tried the 3 services you mention. Highly recommend HostGator. It loads the fastest out of the 3 and has been the most stable.
