I’m trying to publish my website. To create my website i’m using WYSIWYG Web Builder.
I used the webhosthttp://www.ipowerweb.com/
It keeps giving me an error saying the supplied password is incorrect BUT it’s not!! I changed my password on ipower and it’s still not working.
Any advice?? This is sooo frustrating. I have everything else correct. My URL, HOST, USERNAME, REMOTE FOLDER, etc is all correct.. why wouldn’t my password work? Yes, i’m sure its correct!

Hi there,
I am assuming you are trying to use the FTP program that is in WYSIWYG Web Builder….
If you have a firewall/router on your computer then make sure you select the ‘Use passive mode for transfers’ option on the screen where you enter all your other info… it’s down towards the bottom.
If that doesn’t work and if you use Windows, try disabling your Windows Firewall and then attempt publishing.
Yell, if none of the above works and we will go from there.

Are you trying to upload it to a public_html / www folder, or an FTP account you set up in your hosting admin control panel?
If you set up an FTP account with username and password, is that the password you are trying? If not try that please and let me know.

You have to create an ftp account , its password has to be set by you and is not same as that of our web hosting account password.
