Host Gator has been a blessing to me, I went through a lot of Hosting companies and found Host Gator to be the best
    1) This is very good and have many services.
    2) High speed
    3) Easy-to-use
    4) Cheap price
    5) REALLY 24/7 support!
    I LOVE YOU GATOR!!!!

I’ve used GoDaddy for several of my webpages, and have worked for a small business where we managed multiple pages with GoDaddy. I have not tried any other providers, because GoDaddy satisfied all the needs in a 6-8 year basis, I have done some research (few years back) and GoDaddy seems to be the overall good deal (hosting + domain names, hardware, and costumer support.)
But if you are picky, do research on their deals.. otherwise, huge companies such as GoDaddy/HostGator usually have a stable system with good upkeep and costumer service.. like choosing McDs or BK, both top names, just your preff of taste. good luck.

From personal experience, I find BlueHost to be the best. They have very low down time, lots of cool services for your website, and the best customer service. They have made making my web site available to others a simple and easy task. BlueHost has also made great tutorials to help you get started.
If you absolutely have to go with either HostGator or GoDaddy, I would choose GoDaddy. Hope that helps!

Lunarpages in my opinion. Offeres hosting and domain registration for a low rate, roughly $60 a year. I would check them out, unlimited space for you website unlimited bandwidth so you can get plenty of users. http://lunarpages.com/id/devpcnet

I prefer hostgator, but I don’t know if they’re actually faster.
