Support employees are not providing any explanation. I have 6 domains and some 20 subdomains hosted in Hostmonster, but they have not been available for three days. Is it a trustworthy company? I recently moved my sites to it, but I’m disappointed with this experience.

I’m not sure how to answer, I use host monster too.
I’ve been working on my sites heavily lately and not had a problem.
What is your domain name?
I’d like to see if I can help.
You can email me at matty023@gmail.com too if you like.
Is it perhaps a DNS misconfiguration?
Where did you move it from? I think 3 days with no explanation is ridiculous. Specially if you are paying for it.
I would recommend a site that promised 100% up time. Hostmysite.com springs to mind.
