    Hello.
The IP address may or may not belong to a website. It could be from an ISP (Internet Service Provider) for all you know.
If you know the IP address, let’s say it’s 206.135.23.46.
If you go to http://206.135.23.46/ that should show any website at this ip address.
Alternatively do a dns lookup and see who owns the ip address.http://www.dnsstuff.com/
Let me know how it goes.

A domain name is the name that is purchased from a registrar. It will be something like hcidata.com or hcidata.co.uk. Note that there is no www at the beginning of a domain name. A domain name can be subdivided into sub-domains – for example http://www.hcidata.com.
I think Domain has no IP address until it is hosted on any server. So the IP address is of the Server not the domain. (I may be wrong)
The process of finding the IP address is achieved by searching the DNS (Domain Name Servers) until a match on the domain name is found. This process is also known as DNS lookup, NSLOOKUP or (erroneously) IP lookup
