Login to your domain registration account from where you have registered your paid domain and from the domain management area, change the nameservers of the domain to the one provided by the free hosting company.  Save it and wait for 24-48 hours. 
You are all set. 
Meanwhile you can start uploading your website pages to the account information provided by the free hosting company. Once the nameservers have propagated, you will your site active.
