But after that.. where can I build my site?
or is their a better way rather than buying from GoDaddy.com to create the website.

I recommend GoDaddy for domain purchases, but would advise finding hosting with another vendor (use http://www.webhostingtalk.com to find reviews and quality / well priced solutions). As for tools, I prefer Notepad, but if you don’t want to go that far use Dreamweaver or another quality WYSIWYG editor.
