I have a specific address or domain name that sometimes gets kicked out as spam. How do I add it so my system will always allow it?

    Enter it in your address book if you haven’t already. Then click on your bulk folder to open it. They only keep those they consider spam for one week, but you can change that.
    If it’s still there, click on “Edit Settings”. On this page, scroll down to “Mark as Spam” + “Not Spam”.
    Where the message says “When I mark a message as not spam, put a check mark there. Now when you check your bulk folder, you can mark it as not spam.
