I want to have a business like godaddy or namecheap or moniker that registers domains for people. How do these people do that? I want to be able to sell domain registrations to people at my own price so I can profit from it. Is this an easy website to build? I know html, thats it. How much for someone else to do it? Normally I would find how to do it myself but I don’t know where to begin with this one. Thanks

you can go one of 2 ways.
You can become a reseller for a domain registar. To do this simply go to godaddy.com or whatever company you want and click on their reseller link and sign up. That usually runs about $100-$500 to do that.
When you become a reseller of a company then they usually sell you the domain for like $7 or $8 dollars and then you mark it up to whatever you want to make a profit.
Or you could sign up with ICANN to be your own registar and sell domains on your own. This is much more expensive and the last time I checked about 6 months ago it was $200,000 payment to get this started.
When you get your domains from ICANN you get them at $6 each.
