		<description>hey if you are the administrator or in admin gruop which have the rights to browes any site than only you can do it.
login on your server (suppose your domain name is godaddy)
 now First intstall in it IIS service (click on start --add remove program-- add remove windows coponent -- click on network serrvices and than chech on IIS click on ok and finish)
now you have install iisa service Ok
afterthat go to start all programm Administrattive tools and click on DNS
here click on forword zone when it will expand right cluck on it and select new host (A)
 select your ip address and leave ip address as unregister and follow the interstions.
now open website menu and here click on  where you  are seeing default website 
right click on it and select new host
enter ip address which you enter in DNS option and give the all path of your website which you create in dreamwhere or in what Ok
your site s first page should be like index.htm or default.htm 
if other name than right click on uyour
site and select its property option in document tab add your first page and all file which you want browes ok and see all the tab chech only which you want because here you will find lot of options about website browesing.
