How Do I Bind A Domain Name I Have Registered To My Home Webserver/?

I am setting up a home web server to use for site development. I already have some domain names registered but I need to know how to link the domain name to my home server.

    Go to http://whatsmyip.org/ (on your home computer) to get your external IP. Then go to your domain registar and tell them (how varies) your IP. The only hitch is home IPs often change, so you may have to use a service like http://www.dyndns.com/

    you just upload it it on your web server and wait about two or three day for it to circulate the www.
