Then either look for a CMS with login and read the code to see how it's done, or do a web search for web login systems. (You WILL have to understand either ASP or PHP, SQL and, possibly, Javascript. You CAN NOT create a system like this with drag&drop and clicking buttons.) Your only other option (other than having someone write it for you) is to look at CMS programs, and see if you can use one of them.
