I DON’T want to get sites that say their domain name attached to my domain name. I just want it MY DOMAIN! Small detail though, I know somewhere I can get it for free, but with only one person trying to find that one site will take years. So how can I make my own domain name for free? Ex. www.mydomain.com. Not www.mydomain.cn.co.org

You don’t, you buy the domain name and then have a hosting account to use the domain with it. None of this is free unfortunately, I wish it were as it would help save me money as a web developer.
One thing you can do for free is use Google Apps with your site.
