I have been looking for an easy and free way to download the inteenimator for The Sims 2 for hours now and have had no luck.

I was able to find the page where I can download it but I’ve run into a problem; it says I need to extract the program files. What does this mean and how do I do this?
Can someone please explain to me exactly how to download the inteenimator step by step in very simple terms?

Hi Ashleigh; Extracting files means the unpacking (or unzipping) the contents of a folder. When folders are zipped, they take up less size, making the faster to transfer or download.
To extract a file, you need a program like WinRAR, or WinZip installed on your PC. Once done, you can download the inteenimator file. Then, all you need to do is double click on the file and the extracting program will open. This program will ask you where you want to place the extracted files. Select the ‘download’ file under the sims 2 folder and press OK, and your done. Hope this helps. Cheers!
