I installed Drupal to build my website (using Fantastico). I got a message that said that I had to install the security update manually. I decided to uninstall Drupal altogether. Now I can’t install it back on and when I access my website, I get the following message:
Do not cache dynamically generated pages.

Open Notepad. Write your site. (If you can’t, learn how.) Upload it to your host.
You’re done.
You shouldn’t be running a helper tool (that’s what Drupal is) until you know how to accomplish the task on your own. A carpenter doesn’t pick up a hammer until he learns what a nail is and what it’s used for – swinging a hammer in the air doesn’t build a house.
