Looks like they allow FTP Access so that is the quickest, easiest way to get your files online and be able to add/delete folders/files from the FTP program. Also, you can CHMOD the folders/files as need be via the FTP program. http://www.hostmonster.com/hosting-featu...
FileZilla is free to use.:http://filezilla-project.org/
Just enter the FTP address, UserName and Password given you. The last two are what you were given to allow you to log into your Control panel.
Might want to look at using any of the following free Visual/HTML Editors:

if you only have few pages, then just upload them in your file manager.
If it contains huge files, you have to use FTP to transfer your files.

Normally there is a file manager with the host, just upload it in there, otherwise use FTP and download FileZilla (google it) to connect to your server
