Yes, like the previous post said, you need a place to put your Web pages. What you paid for is the registration of the name (the http://www.whatever.com part) so that nobody else can use it.
But you also need to have Web pages built or build them yourself. There are a lot of people and companies out there willing to do this for you.
If you want to create your own, the easiest method is to use a click-and-drag type Web page creating software. DreamWeaver and Frontpage are expensive examples. Maybe someone can recommend a cheaper example.
Another method to creating your own pages is by learning and using basic HTML language. Honestly, I feel the best way to learn basic HTML is by taking a night class then applying what you learn and learn more on the way. However, based on your question, it would be better to us a click-and-drag Web page creater software or to pay someone else to do it for you.
