I bought a domain and hosting space. I am registered.
How do I make my site live on the world wide web?
When ever I type my domain name in to the URL, it always shows up as “page cannot be found” instead of a “website coming soon” page.
please help if you ever had a Go Daddy site or fluent in website design/programming. thanks

You need to change your domain’s settings so it points to your host’s nameservers. If you’re using GoDaddy.com, go into the Domain Manager, click on the Nameservers button towards the top, select the “I have a hosting account with these domains” option and click OK.
It will take a few hours to update, but when it does you’ll see a blue and white welcome page when you visit the domain. Then you need to use an FTP client (one is included in your hosting control panel) to upload your website’s files.
