What is my host? Is that MY domain?! and as for the username and password, do I use the ones I use when loging in to godaddy?

For godaddy, the host will be your site address. For instance, if you have a website at laptops.com, then the host will be:
laptops.com
The UN and PW should be the same you sign in with to the GoDaddy site, unless you changed it.
