You need an FTP program. Filezilla is free and easy to use. Basically, you drag and drop the files from your PC to the filezilla program.

If your looking for a web editor program that you can run on the computer and where you can upload the files via FTP, I would suggest that you try Nvu, which is free (no trial or demo). Visit http://www.nvu.com/ to download the simple web page editor.

Ok, I took a quick look for you on the lunarpages manualhttp://pluto3.lunarpages.com/new_manual/
In the Table of Contents just click on
Uploading files in File Manager and it tells you there!
It’s just underneath File Manager.
