http://www.godaddy.com GoDaddy has domain names for $9.99 per year. One of the lowest out there that has the reputation and that I would recommend. They do free hosting as well.
(Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) has overall responsibility for managing the DNS. It controls the root domain, delegating control over each top-level domain to a domain name registry.
Domain names which are theoretically leased can be considered in the same way as real estate, due to a significant impact on online brand building, advertising, search engine optimization, etc.
One of the reasons for the value of domain names is that even without advertising or marketing, they attract clients seeking services and products who simply type in the generic name.

It’s impossible. You have to buy from somebody (government) and they delegated it to companie(s)

Ownership requires records and records require record keepers and record keepers get paid, so domain names cost a little money…. but it is quite minimal… just a couple dollars a year.
