  1. Politically Correct(2009-07-09):

You really can’t. You leased it and it will be released at the end of the lease period. However, you can take down any website connected to it. Replace index.html with a blank page and then who cares?

  2. Armin(2009-07-09):

You can not delete a domain. Once you register it, it is permanent until the the domain period is over. You could try selling it at sedo.com.

Ummm…seriously? Seems pretty obvious you go to the domain manager, click the box beside the domain and then click….REMOVE. Duh.

  4. Me(2009-07-10):

By the way…the other two jokers who answered you are both wrong…and as dumb as you are. When you cancel the domain it is returned to the registry in 5 days. You are not the registered owner anymore once you cancel it.
