I am trying to set up a form handler with a cgi-script called Form2email. Every time i click submit on my form, it gives me an internal server error. The Form2email FAQ recommends contacting the administrator of the server, but I’ve dealt with GoDaddy before, and their tech support is deplorable. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you get an internal server error, it’s probably a bug in the script or incorrect settings in the server (for example it doesn’t recognize the script as executable). Reviewing your web server error log should give you more information.
I use GoDaddy for my own domains, and review the Apache error log via the CPanel interface. Depending on what type of account you have, you may be able to do the same.
