First you will need to get the domain hosted. Do a search for “web hosting”, and you will find many companies that will host it for you. Some of them are free, some of them will charge you on a monthly/yearly basis.
Afterwards, if you have a host that has the cPanel software, you can go into the control panel and it can create a message board for you.
If you don’t have cPanel, or if you want to install it manually, you can download or buy the message board software, and install it on your webhost. phpBB is free and relatively easy to work with. You can download it, and the installation is a matter of minutes.
In addition to the excellent advice given above, your web hosting will need to provide a database to use phpBB. Many of the inexpensive plans will let you have one MySQL database. You can use it for several applications by carefully picking a prefix for the table names.
I have knowledge in setting up a message board called phpBB. You can download it for free at phpbb.com and contact me at Nikmaster0@gmail.com if you still need help setting it up.
