I have created a rough design for a website using Microsoft expression and now I want to upload what i have to my site so that I can see what it looks like. I am kinda new to all this and i need a little guidance. I am using Filezilla FTP and I can’t get what I have to upload to my website. I tried copying what I have to the cgi directory and even tried making a new directory “Home”. I’m probably way off, but I do need to get this done. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

"How Do You Use Filezilla To Upload Website Content To A Godaddy.com Website?" was posted on Wednesday, October 14th, 2009 at 6:33 pm.
You must upload to the public_html directory. The cgi directory is for scripts to run. All folders/files must be in the root directory of your site.

get FireFTP plugin for Firefox (if you have firefox of course). It’s much better. Also, your FTP username and password are not your master username and password. The one you use is your Hosting Manager password.
