I have the exact question few months ago.
Your domain name need to point to the correct nameservers. As the domain is registered with a different company, you will need to have the registrar point the nameservers to ns51.domaincontrol.com, and ns52.domaincontrol.com.
As my domain name has registered at Yahoo, I just log in the user page, and change the nameservers. If somehow you don’t know how to change it, just email them and ask the technician to change it for you.
After the registrar pointed it, godaddy may take up to 48 hrs to make your site activates.
