Are you sure you mean that you want to trademark a domain name? It sounds like you just want to register a domain name. You can register a domain name at any of the hundred different registration companies. I personally use a small company out of Chicago called http://Fyne.com
If you actually want to trademark a name, you can check out http://jeahpro.com/brandprotection.html – they register trademarks cheaply online. Or you can find a lawyer in your area to help you do it. Good luck.
Domain names are just $10 (or $1.99 if you also buy hosting) at http://www.domaincityhosting.com
You can register a .com or the .org domain name in the site http://www.tucktail.com/. its a very good website for the domain registration.
If you are looking to buy a domain name then you may consider Yahoo!, GoDaddy etc. for cheap deals.
Not website domains but company logos or brands can be trademarked.
I really like http://www.speed-register.com because they give you free e-mail hosting and web hosting, and the domains are really cheap.
You may want to check with the USPTO.gov for trademark fees, especially if domain names are trademarkable.
Good luck!
