		<description>To my knowledge, no.  The ads are pushed server-side, not client-side.  Your best solution is to find someone who will host your site under their GoDaddy reseller account for cheap $.
I had this same scenario with a client I just built a website for.  He had a free GoDaddy account and wanted the ads gone.  He hosts with me now for $4.99 a month and no more ads.
AND, no chance of any accounts getting deleted :)
