In order to start your own company for hosting you must start somewhere. Most companies offer a discount for affiliates and once you have enough clients, you can consider collocating a server in a datacenter. One company that offer reseller pricing in HostMySite. You would receive 30% off of normal priced hosting plans. You could then charge your clients whatever you like, and you could keep the profit. Once you have enough clients, you could move up.
