Someone has is using our domain name as a return e-mail
address and I want to know if this has happened to anyone
else and if you were able to stop it without closing your accoount.
I get about 40 returned e-mails a day.

Happens all the time, mass mailers often fake their return address, so that somebody else gets the blame, and their site gets blacklisted.
It’s aggravating, and probably illegal, but it would be a very costly process to track them down and take action.
It’s not the returned ones you have to worry about, they never got delivered… it’s the ones that *did* get delivered, with your name on, aggravating people and doing damage to your business reputation… these are the one to be concerned about..
Your only recourse is usually to hire a smart attorney
