The website is hosted by Dreamhost. I do not have a copy of the site and the hosting is expired so I really need to import it before Dreamhost takes it down. It has wordpress on it –I don’t know if that makes a difference.
When I run the import wizard in FP2000 I get the error message: Specified location not found. I don’t have trouble importing other websites. What is the problem?

As I said on your other post….
Are you trying to import the wordpress into the fromtpage? If so, they speak 2 different languages (PHP Vs HTML) so you will not be able to import. You can however browse the site in internet explorer or firefox, and go to “File” and “Save As” and that will save the stuff for you. (Including pictures) Then you should be able to open that HTML in FrontPage
For Wordpress:
If you no longer have access to the dashboard (wp-admin), or database control, you cannot backup the database. This happened to me once on my WP site. I had to save the html as I instructed above, and then I had to rebuild the site post by post. (Backdating the timestamp) Pain in the tush, but the price I paid for not backing up.
It may be that they have already disabled the ability to FTP download the site directly. There is a site called the way back machine that will allow you to do this I believe. Hope this helps
