you have a domain now you need someone to host your website. call godaddy and talk with them, they have specials if you call.
you might want to use godaddy to host your account aswell. you will have to pay up front anywhere from 2-24 months advance. when you speak with them ask them about there free website builder that they offer when starting a new account. it basically lets you pick out a template and edit it to your needs.
there customer service is really good so it be best to call and talk with them if you dont know where to start.
